Using blogger is been a great experience because you could see different work from other people and you could meet other people from different blogs. I spend some time before out of class checking people blogs and doing some homework outside school. For me creating blog is not a type of art because it has no meaning to me I just do it because sometimes I enjoy reading other peoples work. I didn’t have a favorite blog activity they were all interesting to learn about but not my type of my interest.

Practice Post #6 - Internet Research
Toulouse-Lautrec's use a lot of people in he’s art. Almost all he’s art work have 1 or 2 people doing different things. This is a simple way of showing art. However he’s the only artist who does art like this. The type of media he uses is prints. He has a famous print named “Jane Avril “. I personally like Toulouse-Lautrec's work of art because you can imagine what happens in the Art. Also, I like how he makes the people look so real in he’s art. In he’s art I can tell a story is happening by the peoples gesture.

background history
"ancient ship and boat models have been discovered throughout the Mediterranean, especially from ancient Greece, Egypt, and Phoenicia. These models provide archaeologists with valuable information regarding seafaring technology and the sociological and economic importance of seafaring. In spite of how helpful ancient boat and ship models are to archaeologists, they are not always easily or correctly interpreted due to artists’ mistakes, ambiguity in the model design, and wear and tear over the centuries."
"In the Ancient world, ships “were among the most technologically complex mechanisms of the ancient world.”[2] Ships made far-flung travel and trade more comfortable and economical, and they added a whole new facet to warfare. Thus, ships carried a great deal of significance to the people of the ancient world, and this is expressed partly through the creation of boat and ship models. Ancient boat and ship models are made of a variety of materials and are intended for different purposes. The most common purposes for boat and ship models include burial votives, house hold articles, art, and toys. While archaeologists have found ship and boat models from societies all around the Mediterranean, the three of the most prolific ship model building cultures were the Greeks, Phoenicians, and Egyptians."
i choose this modal canoes because it show the different ways time have change in life. Also is interesting how people share their stories while they travel to different places. The modal canoes also help many go around the world.
this picture shows how people used to go and haunt or fish in their canoes and then establish in one places and then make their meals and that's how they live their life.

The peace of art that I pick is the Knife is at Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
According to the Metropolitan Museum of Art's this knife Timeline of Art History(http://www.metmuseum.org/toah/works-of-art/49.136.9), this knife was found in non-Chinese. I like this knife because it reminds me when i use to live in my country. In other words we had similar knife just like this. However this knife is very old and is now a peace of art and only in the metropolitan museum of Arts has it. in the Artical it says "The handle and blade of this knife are cast as a single piece, topped by a ram's head with powerful curving horns"

Blog Post #2 - Cave Art 101
last week we was working in groups and we had to decide who was the master, time keeper, reported, and the one who was going to paint. When we started working on the image at the end we all was helping to paint. I think we did those groups to see how we reacted when someone is doing art and come up with creativity. We mix the chalk and charcoal with Crisco because that’s how they use to do it in the Asian time.
